The Housing Authority of the City of Anniston, Alabama (AHA) is soliciting written technical, performance, and pricing information from qualified, experienced Developers to determine how best to develop AHA’s vacant properties, and to identify additional means and methods to accomplish the revitalization of AHA’s vacant properties. This Request for Information (RFI) is for informational purposes only and may be the first of a two-phase process. Should the Authority decide to proceed with a solicitation based upon the responses to this RFI, phase two would be the issuance of a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
